Whether it is a formal banquet or a casual department luncheon, Maui Culinary Academy Catering can make your event a success. Maui Culinary Academy Catering Services is a newly established company with a long-standing history in Maui. Our goals are three fold: 1) Assist and provide an outlet for the Maui Culinary Academy program of the UH Maui College; 2) Work with local companies and utilize locally grown products whenever possible;  and 3) Provide excellent service and delicious food for a memorable experience.

Facility and Locations

 

We offer catering services both on and off-premises. Catering on-premise is at the Pā'ina building on the UHMC Campus. Pā'ina is a state-of-the-art, $14 million facility which houses the nationally recognized Maui Culinary Academy. The catering services are provided by current and past culinary students, and all profits are put directly back into the program to further its existence.

Simply To Go is our easy to order budget catering solution. We offer simple and delicious snacks, light meals, and beverages for everything from office meetings, informal get-togethers, or late night study sessions.. We will provide everything you'll need, there is no need to make another stop.
